The semi-circular Imaging Theater was one of several fast track jobs completed for the Hallmark Institute of Photography. The 70 day timeline included demolition of an old silo and construction of a new, state of the art teaching theater, plus renovations to the existing building and parking lot improvements. Other projects were extensive renovations to the Administration building; and conversion of the former Geka Brush factory into instruction spaces, faculty offices, restrooms, and a mezzanine for a spacious student lounge.

Additionally, two separate storefronts in downtown Turners Falls were converted into art galleries for photography exhibits.
